Michael Strahs

Michael Strahs is currently the Vice President of Development for Kimco Realty Corporation in the Western Region. Michael also serves as the CA DRE Designated Officer for Kimco in California. With a background in real estate development, Michael has had previous roles as a Director of Development for both Federal Realty Investment Trust and Terramar Retail Centers, LLC. Michael has also held positions at San Jose State University, Salomon Smith Barney, and Jones Lang LaSalle. Michael holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an AB in History and Art History from Dartmouth College.
