Iliyas Akhat

Iliyas Akhat currently serves as the Director of Finance and Head of Investment Banking at Investbanq since August 2023 and is a Guest Lecturer for Executive MBA and Master's students at KIMEP University. Prior to these roles, Iliyas held positions at Tengri Partners Principal Investments in Kazakhstan as Investment Director and Investment Manager from August 2021 to August 2023. Iliyas gained significant experience at EY from August 2017 to August 2021, progressing through several consulting roles focused on M&A, valuation, modeling, and economics. Iliyas began the career at Deloitte CIS in early 2017 as an intern in the Audit and Reporting department. Academically, Iliyas holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Suleyman Demirel University.
