Frank Riely

As Hub Director, Frank provides technical leadership to ensure that the FEWS NET Data Warehouse (FDW) and Data Explorer (FDE) tools match the project’s data management and use requirements. He facilitates working-group discussions with Kimetrica’s clients and partners for the FDE. He also coordinates internal software development, testing, data set assessments, helpdesk, and system documentation functions. Frank brings more than 20 years of experience developing and managing information systems to support evidence-based decision-making in the food security and humanitarian assistance sectors. Before joining Kimetrica, Frank worked for The United States Agency for International Development and the United Nations World Food Programme, among others.
