Ben Redding

Ben Redding, PE, ENV SP, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Practice Builder and Senior Project Manager at Kimley-Horn since June 2024, leading Phase I & II efforts in the region. Prior to this role, Ben held positions including Senior Associate and Engineering Director for Highway and Civil Design at STV from January 2022 to June 2024, and Design Manager at McHenry County Division of Transportation from April 2016 to January 2022, where responsibilities encompassed design engineering, permitting, and staff development. Ben's earlier experience includes roles at HDR as a Transportation Engineer, Infrastructure Engineering, Inc. as a Project Manager, TranSystems as a Project Engineer, and Marino Engineering Associates, Inc. and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign as a Laboratory Assistant. Ben holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
