Charles Lubeshkoff

Charles Lubeshkoff, PMP, currently serves as Regional Vice President at Kimley-Horn since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Principal and Senior Program Manager at Tetra Tech, where management of large national teams on complex asset management projects was a key responsibility. At SIA Solutions LLC, Charles acted as Vice President, focusing on federal business development and mentoring staff. Additional substantial experience includes program management in various capacities for the Army and Air Force community partnership programs, policy and administration for the DOD SBIR/STTR program, and leadership roles across several industries including construction and finance. Charles has a strong military background as a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy, and possesses degrees in Business Administration and Aviation Safety.
