Jatin Gautam

Jatin Gautam has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jatin started their career as a Recruiter at BYJU'S, where they conducted interviews and assisted in the staffing process. Jatin then moved on to Hello Move, where they worked as a Recruitment Manager, responsible for building the Indian team and implementing fair hiring practices. Currently, Jatin is the Head of Human Resources at KIMO.AI, overseeing recruitment and staffing, employee relations, and performance management. Jatin is also credited with building the Indian team and implementing the Buddy Program at KIMO.AI. Throughout their career, Jatin has demonstrated strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy implementation.
