Holly Rousseau

Holly Rousseau has a diverse work experience background. Holly began their career as a Marketing Intern at Scharf Banks Marmor, LLC in 2013. Following this, they worked at Kirkland & Ellis LLP as a Junior Paralegal from 2014 to 2016. From 2017 to 2018, they held the role of Paralegal I at the same company. Moving into the insurance industry, Holly joined Kin Insurance in 2018 as an Insurance Consultant. Holly then progressed through various roles, including Compliance Associate, Program Manager - Insurance, Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Director of Product Management. Holly'smost recent position at Kin Insurance is VP of Insurance Operations, which they assumed in 2024.

Holly Rousseau attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Legal Studies. In 2013, they also briefly studied International Law and Legal Studies at the Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici.
