Adam Grant-Jones

Adam Grant-Jones has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Adam is currently the Chief Growth Officer at Kin + Carta, a global digital transformation company. In this role, they are responsible for shaping, validating, and executing the company's digital strategy.

Prior to their current position, Adam worked at TAB (The App Business) as the Head of Sales and Client Services Lead. Adam joined TAB in 2016 and held these roles until 2020.

Before joining TAB, Adam was employed at Arrk Group as a Business Development Manager. Adam worked across business development and client services, focusing on sales in the South of England and London.

From 2013 to 2015, Adam served as the Client Principal for ThoughtWorks, where they led client services and business development for high-value accounts in Europe. Adam reported to the Global Head of Sales in the US and collaborated with an inside sales team in India.

Adam's career in the technology industry began at Dorset Software Services Ltd., where they held the position of Account Manager from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at the same company from 2006 to 2009.

Adam Grant-Jones attended Budmouth Technology College from 1996 to 2003. Adam then went on to study Mathematics at the University of Southampton from 2003 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
