Ben Galloway

Ben Galloway has a diverse work experience in the technology sector. Ben started their career in 2016 at Edinburgh Science, where they served as a Technical Consultant and Trainer/Team Leader/Senior Science Communicator until April 2019.

Ben then joined Glasgow Science Centre as a Software Developer from October 2016 to July 2020.

In 2020, they moved to Neu and worked as a Lead Developer from July 2020 to August 2021.

Currently, Ben is working at Kin + Carta Europe, where they started as a Lead Web Engineer in August 2021. Ben was promoted to Lead Web Engineer II in August 2022 and later became the Lead Web Engineer | Web Practice Co-Leader in January 2023.

Ben Galloway obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computational Particle Physics from the University of Glasgow, from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Physics and Astronomy from the same university, from 2006 to 2011. Ben also holds a certification as a Triplebyte Certified Generalist Software Engineer, obtained in the year 2020.
