Dr. Nicole Wieberneit

Dr. Nicole Wieberneit serves as the Senior Director of Global Microsoft Azure Partnerships at Kin + Carta, a consultancy focused on digital transformation, since June 2024. Nicole is also an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network, contributing to the development of executive leaders and entrepreneurs globally. With a career beginning in 2007, Nicole co-founded aheadCRM, leading its strategic management and operations, and has held multiple leadership roles at Microsoft, driving sales strategy, business architecture, and innovative GTM approaches across various solution areas. Nicole's educational background includes a Doctor's Degree in Economics and multiple PhDs, underscoring a solid foundation in mathematics, logistics, and operations research.
