Mark Ritchie

Mark Ritchie has extensive work experience in the field of user experience design. Mark currently holds the position of Director of User Experience Design at Kin + Carta, a global consulting firm focused on digital transformation. In this role, they are responsible for building digital twins, designing and launching digital products and services, and driving future innovation through modernization initiatives. Mark has been with Kin + Carta since February 2020.

Prior to their current role, Mark worked at solstice, where they held various positions from 2012 to 2019. Mark started as a User Experience Consultant in October 2012 and gradually progressed to become a User Experience Principal and a User Experience Senior Principal. As a director of user experience design, Mark played a significant role in shaping the user experience strategy and delivering successful digital solutions.

Before joining solstice, Mark worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at Liberty Creative Solutions from 2006 to 2012. Mark also worked as a Graphic Designer at Sun-Times News Group from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, Mark briefly worked as a Freelance Designer at Bargain Hunter Sales Paper in 2007.
