Mike Davison

Mike Davison has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Mike started their career at Barclaycard as a Senior Risk/Business Analyst from 1997 to 2000. Mike then moved to Bank of America, where they worked as a Marketing Department Manager for seven years. During their tenure, they were responsible for leading a team and managing budgets for marketing campaigns.

In 2007, Mike joined Mortgage 2000 as the Head of Marketing, and a year later, they joined Moneysupermarket.com as a Marketing Manager. At both companies, they played a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

In 2010, Mike ventured into entrepreneurship and established Avanti Caffe Ltd, where they served as the Owner/Director. Mike successfully launched the Italian-themed cafe and managed all aspects of business operations, including business planning, brand identity, shop fitters, menu creation, procurement, and recruitment. The cafe gained significant market share, outperforming established competitors like Costa Coffee.

Since 2015, Mike has been associated with Kin + Carta Europe. Initially, they worked as a Data Strategist at Kin + Carta Connect. Recently, they transitioned to the role of Lead Experience Analytics Architect, where they continue to contribute their expertise in data analytics and strategy.

Mike Davison earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Liverpool John Moores University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Wolsingham Comprehensive from 1984 to 1991. In addition, Mike received certification in Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) from Google in October 2022.
