Richard Neish is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Kin + Carta. Richard has over 15 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry.

Richard started their career at Tribal DDB London in September 2003 as a Senior Account Director. Richard worked on accounts such as Volkswagen, Nationwide, The Guardian, The Observer, and Budweiser. In February 2008, they left Tribal DDB London to join Red Urban (subsidiary of DDB UK) as a Senior Account Director. At Red Urban, they worked on the Guinness account and was responsible for the global, Ireland, digital, brand, and sport sponsorship activation for Guinness Rugby RFID, which Contagious called 'the sports activation to end all sports activations.'

In March 2009, Richard left Red Urban and joined Dare as Managing Director. At Dare, they were responsible for proposition development, restructuring, commercial growth, P&L ownership, and international set-up and expansion. Richard left Dare in August 2017 to start their own consultancy, Neish Consulting.

Richard Neish went to the University of Exeter.
