Adam Schanfield

Adam Schanfield has a diverse work experience in various industries. Adam started their career at Mercury Marine as a Program Manager from 2007 to 2010. Adam then joined Deloitte as a Manager in Strategy & Operations, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Adam worked at Brunswick Corporation in roles such as Director of Corporate Strategy and General Manager, Intrapreneur, and Co-Founder of NAUTIC-ON. Adam then became the General Manager of NAUTIC-ON from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Adam is serving as the Vice President of the Strategy + Innovation Service Line at Kin + Carta since November 2019.

Adam Schanfield has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategy and Management & Organizations from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Adam also holds a BSBA degree in Finance and Managerial Economics & Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis. Additionally, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
