Terri Roney

Terri Roney is an experienced legal professional with a strong focus on real estate acquisition, development transactions, commercial leasing, land use approvals, project financing, and commercial foreclosures. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Kin Properties Inc since March 2019, Terri previously held senior legal positions at Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC and Bousquet Holstein PLLC, where complex financing transactions were successfully negotiated. Additionally, Terri has shared expertise in law as an Adjunct Instructor at Syracuse University, teaching courses in Law & Public Policy and Advertising & Public Relations Law. With a background that includes founding a private practice, serving as Town Supervisor for Skaneateles, and a solid educational foundation with a JD from Syracuse University College of Law and a BA in Political Science & Spanish from SUNY Oswego, Terri continues to impact the legal field.
