Trevor Hicks

Trevor Hicks has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Trevor started their career at Nortel Networks in 1995, where they held multiple roles as a software developer and manager. From there, they moved to Research In Motion in 2007, where they served as a director in the areas of radio software and content planning. In 2012, they joined Airbus DS Communications as the Director of Software Development. Trevor then moved to Ericsson in 2016, initially as the Director of Engineering Operations for CENX. Trevor later became the Vice President of Engineering Operations for CENX/Ericsson. In 2019, they joined Kinaxis as the Vice President of Product Operations, and in 2021, they transitioned to the role of Vice President of Quality.

Trevor Hicks completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Queen's University from 1989 to 1993. Then, they pursued a Masters degree in the same field from Queen's University from 1993 to 1995.
