Bernadette Gotch

Bernadette Gotch is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare and operational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at KinCare since March 2020, Bernadette has also held significant positions at the NSW Rural Doctors Network as Director of Service Delivery from October 2018 to December 2019, and at The NRMA as General Manager Customer Operations from August 2017 to July 2018. Bernadette's prior extensive experience includes roles at International SOS where responsibilities spanned from General Manager Assistance to Director of Nursing for Australasia, and various leadership positions at Boucher & Muir Pty Ltd and St Vincent's Health Australia. Bernadette holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Laws from UNSW, and has pursued executive education at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
