Leanne Lang

Leanne Lang has a strong background in human resources, with over 10 years of experience in various roles. Leanne is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at KinCare, a position they assumed in January 2023. Prior to that, Leanne worked as the Head of Human Resources - Australia at Heinemann Australia Pty Ltd from January 2020 to January 2023. From 2018 to 2020, they held the roles of HR Executive and GM of HR Business Partnering at a not-for-profit organization focused on disability services. Leanne has also served in executive-level positions, including as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources ANZ at Winc Australia from 2017 to 2018 and as the Regional HR Manager for Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory at the same company from 2015 to 2017. Leanne'sother past experiences include roles at Woolworths Group, REIWA, Cobham Aviation Australia, and Toll Group, where they gained valuable expertise in HR management and business partnering.

Leanne Lang attended Edith Cowan University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business. Leanne'smajor was in Human Resources Management & Tourism Management. In addition to their degree, Leanne Lang has also obtained two additional certifications. In April 2006, they received a Certificate IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor from Nationwide Training. Then, in July 2015, they earned a Lifestyles Inventory Coach (LSI) certification from Human Synergistics.
