Guy Geerens

Guy Geerens has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, holding various positions since 1990. Currently, at Kind en Gezin since 2003, Guy serves as HR Account Manager, HR Development Manager, Team Coach for Backoffice 'Kinderopvang', and Chief Learning Officer for K&G-Academy. Additionally, Guy functions as an Internal Coach for Vlaamse overheid since 2013. Previous roles include HR Manager at Adelante Technologies and HR Officer at Fortis Bank, as well as Training Officer at ABN AMRO Bank Belgium. Early career experiences include roles at IKEA Group, Centrum Basiseducatie Hageland, S.R.I. Europe, and as a lecturer at Normaalschool Wijnegem. Guy holds a Master’s degree in Educational Science from KU Leuven, completed in 1988.
