Alexa Dalton has a diverse work experience starting from 2006. Alexa worked as a Junior Planner at Bloom in 2006 and then again in 2011, where they managed online content and developed naming strategies for various brands. In 2008, they worked as a Research Assistant at Guardian Group, gathering data on Guardian readers and researching market trends. Alexa joined MCBD in the same year as a Junior Planner, working on projects such as developing a strategy for an anti-smoking campaign and participating in a pitch for moneysupermarket. Alexa moved on to Mars in 2011, where they held multiple roles, including Brand Director and Senior Brand Manager. There, they gained experience in brand management, national accounts, and strategic packaging. In 2016, Alexa co-founded and became the Director of Working Girls Network. Alexa then joined KIND in 2018 as a Global Brand Director, excited to contribute to the organization's commercial success and positive social impact. Currently, they are a 2021 Marketing Academy Scholar at The Marketing Academy.
