Berk Cinar

Berk Cinar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Berk began their career at Bosch as a Project Trainee in 2006, and later joined Farplas as a Trainee and then a Project Engineer from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they transitioned to PwC Consulting - People & Organization as a Strategy Consultant until 2013. From 2013 to 2019, Berk worked at Mars in various roles including Strategy Lead / PMO and Finance Business Partner. Most recently, they joined KIND as a Senior Finance Manager in 2019 and was promoted to EMEA Finance Director in September 2021.

Berk Cinar graduated from Yildiz Teknik Universitesi in 2009 with a degree in Industrial Engineering, earning a GPA of 3.02. Berk also attended RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau from 2006 to 2007, studying Business and Administration and achieving a GPA of 2.84.
