Kellie Kesner has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kellie started their career at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. in 1991, holding various roles in Payroll, Automotive Operations, National Account Management, and eventually becoming the Director of Operations for the NE Region. During their time there, they supervised a team of 36 employees and ensured efficient load assignment and customer service.

In 2000, Kellie joined HJ Heinz as a Supply Chain Manager, where they led a team of 9 and focused on optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes for Walmart and Sam's. Kellie managed key brands and categories, enhancing overall performance and reliability.

In 2006, Kellie moved to Danone as the Senior Director of Customer Supply Chain for Walmart/Club. Kellie oversaw the 9-figure Gross Revenue Walmart & Club businesses, collaborating with Sales & Operations to drive exceptional customer experience.

Finally, in 2019, Kellie joined KIND as the Vice President of Customer Operations & Transportation. Their responsibilities include managing transportation budget and indirect revenue in the tens of figures, leading a team of 16, and implementing strategic plans to improve talent, processes, engagement, and collaboration aligned with business objectives.

Kellie Kesner earned a BA degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Arkansas in 1991.
