Michele Leonard

Michele Leonard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern for CampusFlock, where they presented business plans to local businesses. In 2012, they joined Graybar as a Sales Intern, gaining exposure to various functions in wholesale distribution. Later that year, they became a Top Four Sales Team Member at Florida State University, where they received individualized training and coaching in the sales process. In 2013, Michele joined Reckitt and held various positions including Retail Sales Representative, Respiratory Sales Specialist, and Senior Key Account Manager. Michele was responsible for analyzing data reports, executing sales routes, and building relationships with key decision-makers. Currently, they are the Director of Sales, Southeast at KIND, a role they started in 2023.

Michele Leonard earned a Bachelor's degree in Professional Sales and Management from Florida State University between 2009 and 2013.
