Claire Mahoney has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Claire started their career at Change Factory as a Technical Writer and Change Management Consultant, where they created policy and procedure documents for clients. Claire then worked at John Holland as a Technical Writer, focusing on business transformation. At Open Universities Australia, they served as a Technical Writer, implementing JIRA Service Desk and building a self-service knowledge base.

Claire then joined Atlassian as a Senior Content Designer, embedded in development teams and creating UI and support experiences for JIRA products.
