Lou Stevens

Lou Stevens is an experienced Human Resources leader with a robust background in the energy and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Manager and previously as Director of Human Resources at Kinder Morgan, Inc.—one of North America's largest energy infrastructure companies—Lou has effectively managed HR functions for nearly 12,000 employees across extensive operations. Prior roles include Director of Employee Relations at Graphic Packaging International, where Lou established a comprehensive HR function during a significant merger, and Director of Human Resources at Johnson Controls, focusing on manufacturing operations and employee relations. Earlier experience encompasses serving as Vice President of Human Resources at INTERMET Corporation, directing HR for a $400 million business unit. Lou holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Business Law from Western Michigan University.
