Richard Steinberg has extensive experience in environmental health and safety, currently serving as the Director of OSG Field Environmental Services at Kinder Morgan, Inc. since 2007. Previously, Steinberg held positions including Vice President of Terminals EHS and Director of Terminals EHS, where responsibilities involved developing environmental regulatory strategies, managing environmental compliance, and overseeing significant remediation projects across the United States. Prior to Kinder Morgan, Steinberg worked as a Senior Project Manager at Applied Earth Sciences, managing EHS liabilities in Latin America, and held roles at the Port of Houston Authority, Connelly Baker Wotring & Jackson, and Southwest Research Institute. Steinberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Stephen F. Austin State University.
