Terry Woolfe

Terry Woolfe is a seasoned real estate and facilities professional with extensive experience in overseeing significant real estate transactions and ensuring compliance across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities at Kinder Morgan since May 2012, Woolfe effectively manages acquisitions, dispositions, and environmental compliance, as well as construction oversight and strategic proposal presentation to senior management. Prior roles include Director of Real Estate and Facilities at El Paso Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed a wide range of real estate activities, including a recent $300M building renovation project in Brazil, and Director of Real Estate at Coastal Corporation. Woolfe holds a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
