Therese Marie Rosbero has a diverse work experience in various educational settings. Therese Marie started their career in 2011 at De La Salle University, where they worked as an Assistant Professorial Lecturer and Research Assistant until 2018. In 2018, they joined Randstad Education New Zealand as a Childcare Worker Reliever. Therese Marie then worked at Auckland Kindergarten Association in 2021 as a Teaching Assistant. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at sKids (Safe Kids in Daily Supervision), initially as a Programme Assistant and later as a Programme Manager. Currently, they are employed at Kindercare Learning Centres New Zealand as an Early Childhood Teacher, a role they started in December 2022. Throughout their career, Therese has gained experience in teaching, childcare, and program management.

Therese Marie Rosbero's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications in various fields. Therese Marie obtained a Graduate Diploma in Teaching with a focus on Early Childhood Education and Teaching from New Zealand Tertiary College in the years 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Applied Management L7 at Aspire2 International, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.

Rosbero also holds a Master's Degree in Chemistry, which they received from De La Salle University between 2013 and 2016. Their Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry with a minor in business studies was also obtained from De La Salle University from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their academic degrees, Rosbero holds certifications as a Registered Chemist from the Professional Regulation Commission since 2012. Therese Marie is also a Registered ECE (Early Childhood Education) Teacher accredited by the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand, although the exact year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
