Obiajulum Mordi

Obiajulum Mordi has a diverse work experience in various roles related to quality assurance (QA) engineering, customer support, operations analysis, and information technology. They started their career at Chevron as a Business Application Developer, where they built and designed web pages for clients and vendors. They then worked at Eye Global Solutions Limited as an Information Technology Associate, deploying intelligent security equipment and modifying security solutions for clients.

Mordi then joined COURE Technologies, Inc as a Lead Software Tester, conducting user acceptance testing on developing applications and supervising testing schedules. At CYBERSPACE Nigeria, they served as a QA Engineer & Scrum Master, leading product demos and conducting software tests.

They then joined Aya Mastercard® as an Operations Analyst and QA Engineer, responsible for reviewing web applications, conducting software QA testing, and managing products.

Mordi also worked at Interswitch Group as a QA Engineer, where they focused on QA testing. At Atos, they held the positions of Lead QA Engineer and QA Engineer, performing API testing, load and performance testing, creating BDD test cases, and reviewing API Swagger specs.

They also gained experience as a Customer Support Specialist at The Pokémon Company International, providing chat support. Most recently, Mordi joined Kindred for Business as a QA Engineer.

Obiajulum Mordi's education history is as follows:

From 2015 to 2016, Obiajulum attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Project Planning and Management.

In 2013, Obiajulum obtained a certification in Safety and Health Management Systems for Small Businesses from the North Carolina State University - College of Management.

From 2009 to 2013, Obiajulum studied at Delta State University in Nigeria and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Additionally, Obiajulum has obtained various certifications, including a Software Test Manager Certification from the International Software Test Institute™ in 2023, a Product Analytics Micro Certificate from Product School in 2022, and an Agile Scrum Master certification from Simplilearn in 2021. Other certifications include Customer Centricity from Udemy in 2020, CMMI Level 3: Internal Auditor from the CMMI® Institute in 2019, and DevOps Essentials from Linux Academy in 2019.
