Marcus Nokelainen

Marcus Nokelainen has extensive experience in customer service operations, currently serving as the Head of CS Operations at Kindred Group plc since June 2020. Prior to this role, Marcus held the position of Head Of Customer Service at Probe Investments Ltd from November 2019 to June 2020. From February 2015 to October 2019, Marcus worked at Gaming Innovation Group, progressing from Customer Service Operations Manager to CS Team Manager. Marcus began a career in customer service at Betit Group, where the role of CS Supervisor was held from May 2014 to January 2015.
