Previous assignments Rachel joined Kindred as Director – Organisation Effectiveness in 2019 and was appointed Chief HR Officer in October 2022. Before joining Kindred Group, Rachel was part of PepsiCo & Vodafone in various HR positions across Talent, Recruitment & Organisation Design.
