Previously, Joti held the position of Director of Rehabilitation at SunDance Rehabilitation and worked as a Speech Language Pathologist at Allied Rehab Inc. Joti's expertise lies in managing therapy budgets, customer relations, payroll, performance reviews, audits, clinical outcomes, and implementing healthcare policies and procedures. Joti is highly skilled in accountable care coordination, outcome based delivery, regulatory analysis, strategic management, and quality improvement. Joti holds a Masters in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.
