John Seliga has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. John currently serves as the Vice President of Finance at Kinedyne since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Finance at Steinway & Sons from 2017 to 2019. Before Steinway, they were the Controller at Halex / Scott Fetzer, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, from 2008 to 2017. John also gained valuable experience at Sherwin-Williams, where they held various roles including Manager of International and Operations Accounting, Project Lead in Oracle Financials implementation, and Manager of Operations Accounting. Earlier in their career, they worked at Invacare in roles such as Manager of Financial Systems - Oracle, Plant Controller for Elyria Manufacturing, Manager of Financial Integration for SMI Acquisition, Plant Controller for Patient Aids Manufacturing, and Accountant. John began their career as an Accountant at Tony Roma's - Franchisee in Cleveland, OH.
John Seliga earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Bowling Green State University, where they attended from 1986 to 1990. John later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from Cleveland State University, completing their studies from 1999 to 2002. In 2013, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Accountancy Board of Ohio.
