As the Chief People Officer at Kinetic IT, Rowena oversees various functions related to workforce capability and organizational development. Prior to this, Rowena founded and led Diagnios, a successful HR consultancy company focused on providing innovative HR solutions to high growth organizations. Additionally, Rowena served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Orchestream, a software development company based in London.
