Tracy Gerard

Tracy Gerard is a seasoned professional in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Payroll at Kinetica - Energy in Motion since March 2014. Prior to this role, Tracy held the position of Administrative Assistant at Southern Ionics Incorporated from March 2007 to February 2014, and also worked in clerical roles at Southeastern Freight Lines between April 2005 and October 2012. Tracy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from McNeese State University and a High School Diploma from St. Louis Catholic High School. In addition, Tracy is certified with FPC and CPP credentials from the APA Payroll Association and has achieved SHRM CP and SHRM SCP certifications in Human Resources Management and Services from Rice University's Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies.
