Brent Dobsch

Brent Dobsch is the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Kinetiq. Prior to joining Kinetiq, Brent served as CFO at 4C Insights from January 2016 to April 2019. At 4C Insights, Brent was responsible for bringing operating prowess and maturity to global start-up company in Marketing Tech. Accomplishments during their time at 4C Insights include working with CRO and revenue team to analyze customer mix, pricing and GTM strategy; restructuring processes and team; and helping the company grow from $8M to $45M over five years (41% CAGR). Brent was also instrumental in securing $26M Series C equity round and $22M venture debt facility to provide adequate cash runway for growth and product development. As a key player in preparing and facilitating several inbound offers from both strategics and financial sponsors, Brent played a role in the eventual acquisition of the company by Vista Equity Partners (3x CoC, 20% IRR for key investors). Prior to 4C Insights, Brent served as CFO at Champion Healthcare Technologies from July 2015 to December 2016 and at Rasmussen College from August 2013 to July 2015.

Brent Dobsch has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, a Master of Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. Brent also has an executive education from Yale School of Management in strategy and leadership. Brent is certified by the State of Illinois and the AICPA as a Certified Public Accountant.
