Mykhailo Sokolov

Mykhailo Sokolov has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Mykhailo began their career in 2015 as a Backstage Manager/Volunteer at Mercedes-Benz Kiev Fashion Days. In 2016, they worked as a Corporate Department Manager at lifecell Ukraine.

Mykhailo then transitioned into the consulting field, completing internships at CIVITTA in 2018 and Roland Berger in 2018. In 2019, they served as a Junior Investment Analyst at AdNext, managing a $5M fundraising project and conducting market analysis and financial modeling.

Following this, Mykhailo joined САВСЕРВІС as a Demand Planning Manager, and later took on the role of Entrepreneur In Residence at BeamerWien. In this role, they drove company development, established the BizDev department, and achieved a 4x revenue increase.

In 2020, Mykhailo embarked on a freelance career in financial services, providing strategic insights, creating sales materials, and delivering accounting services to SAAS and marketplace clients. Mykhailo also co-founded Klarr.me in 2022, where they successfully established and managed an 8-member company, led product development and launch, and achieved positive user feedback.

Currently, Mykhailo is working as a Business Strategy Specialist at Kinetix starting from January 2023.

Mykhailo Sokolov completed their Bachelor's degree in International economics at Kyiv National Economics University from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they attended the International Summer University program at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Mykhailo then pursued further education at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2019 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics. In 2021, Mykhailo participated in an exchange semester at the University of Strathclyde, focusing on Business and Economics. Additionally, they obtained an IELTS certification from the British Council in December 2017.
