Fayez Waqqad

Fayez Waqqad currently serves as the Head of Medical Physics at King Abdullah University Hospital since December 2020. Prior to this role, Fayez worked at Afia Radiotherapy and Nuclear Medicine Center from May 2008 to December 2020 as a Senior Medical Physicist, and from December 2001 to May 2008, Fayez held the position of Senior Radiotherapy Medical Physicist at King Hussein Cancer Center. Fayez has extensive experience in treatment planning and special procedures, including 3D Conformal Radiotherapy Treatment Planning and Stereotactic Radiosurgery. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Medical Physics from The University of Jordan (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Physics from Zarka University (1996-2000).
