Jeffrey Kramer has been working in the watch industry since 1991. Jeffrey began their career as a Sales Executive at Kenjo in 1991. In 1997, they moved to William Barthman as a Luxury Timepiece Manager, where they managed the watch department, trained associates on product, and implemented a special program to move older models. Jeffrey was also responsible for bringing in new watch brands and raising up profitability margins. In 2002, Jeffrey moved to Tourneau as a Senior Sales Executive, managing a customer database of 1.6 million in sales. In 2005, they moved to Bailey Banks & Biddle as a Luxury Timepiece Manager, managing a customer database of 1.9 million in sales. Jeffrey also trained associates on product, helped associates close sales, and handled customer service issues. In 2010, Jeffrey moved to Swatch Group as a Sales Executive. Most recently, in 2021, Jeffrey moved to King Jewelers as a Timepiece Sales Manager, where they manage the watch department, trains the sales team on new timepieces, and promotes the store on all social media groups.
