Corinne West

Corinne West is an experienced leader in diversity, inclusion, and cultural transformation, currently serving as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at King & Wood Mallesons since October 2022. Prior to this role, Corinne held significant positions including Executive Director of Stakeholder Engagement, Intergovernmental Strategy and Inclusion at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria, where engagement with justice and social services sectors was emphasized. Additional experience includes directing culture and transformation at Fire Rescue Victoria, leading diversity and inclusion strategies at La Trobe University, and managing human capital projects at Deloitte. Corinne also served as Senior Adviser to the Chief of Army, focusing on cultural reform. An accomplished academic, Corinne holds a PhD in History from La Trobe University and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2017.
