Alastair Heath has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alastair started their career in 2009 as a Warehouse Assistant at Salts Healthcare, where they handled sensitive medical information and products. In 2011, they joined Tesco PLC as a Customer Assistant, managing waste inventory and warehouse organization while also serving customers and providing till checkout relief.

In 2014, Alastair worked at McDonald's as a Customer Assistant, handling peak footfall periods, working with potentially dangerous individuals, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. Alastair then moved on to Subway in 2016, where they worked as a Customer Assistant, and later in 2019, they became a Shift Supervisor at Subway.

From 2018 to 2019, Alastair worked at Teleperformance UK as a Callcentre Supervisor, overseeing a team of 30-40 staff and advising over a thousand customers, resolving complex problems in emotional situations.

In 2019, they joined Rebus Rail as an Associate, and in 2021, they became a Store Manager at Subway UK & Ireland. Currently, Alastair is employed at Kingdom Technologies, where they initially worked as a Robot Supervisor before being promoted to Lead Robot Supervisor in 2022.

Alastair Heath pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of the West of Scotland from 2012 to 2016.
