Iain Reid

Iain Reid has extensive experience in the field of HR analytics and technology. Iain started their career at BT in 2005, where they held various roles including Senior Resource Manager and Head of Strategic Workforce Manager. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Head of HR People Analytics Transformation - Global Services at BT. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Global Head of People Analytics at BT. In 2019, they joined Rentokil Initial as the Global Head of HR Technology and Analytics. Currently, they are serving as the Head of People Analytics at Kingfisher plc.

Iain Reid obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, completing their studies from 1994 to 1997.
