Paula Ferrer

Paula Ferrer is an experienced human resources and talent acquisition professional currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at KingMakers since March 2024, with prior roles including Talent Acquisition Manager (Interim) and Human Resources Business Partner for Spain. Paula also teaches a Master in Digital Talent Management at Nuclio Digital School and provides advisory services as People Director at GameBCN and People & Culture Director at Peninsula Corporate Innovation. Previously, Paula held the position of Head of People at Cobee and led People & Culture initiatives at Signaturit Group during its scale-up and M&A phases, and served as Chief of Staff to the CEO, playing a critical role in fundraising and acquisition processes. Additionally, Paula has experience in business development and market research at Incubio - The Big Data Academy.
