Earnie Duty

Earnie Duty, SHRM-CP, RACR, currently serves as the Administrative Director of HR at King's Daughters Medical Center since September 2011, focusing on recruiting healthcare professionals, managing team relations, and providing HR support to physicians and providers. In addition to this role, Earnie has been a County Commissioner for Greenup County, KY since November 2017. Prior experience includes positions such as Collection Officer at First and People's Bank & Trust Co., WorkPerks Specialist at PNC, and Mortgage Loan Originator/Processor at Star Mortgage Loans, among others. Earnie holds an Associate of Applied and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Ashland Community and Technical College and completed high school at Russell High School.
