Elaine Nield Sphr

Elaine Nield SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Elaine is currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Kingsdown since May 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Corporate HR Manager at Americraft Carton from January 2018 to May 2021. From November 2013 to January 2018, they were an HR Business Partner (Contractor) at Crown Laboratories, Inc., where they provided HR support to the Commercial division. Elaine also has experience as a Certified Life Coach and sole owner of Transcend Coaching from December 2004 to July 2007. In addition, they have held senior HR positions at Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley Primary Care Trust and Thames Gateway NHS Trust. Elaine'searliest work experience was as a Divisional Personnel Manager at South Cleveland Hospitals from June 1988 to December 1993.

Elaine Nield SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a post-graduate degree in Human Resources from Middlesex University, which they obtained from 1983-1984. Before that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of South Wales from 1980-1983. Elaine attended Harrow Weald College in the UK from 1977-1979, and Sacred Heart Grammar School in Wealdstone Harrow, UK from 1974-1977. Elaine'seducation started at Immaculate Conception High School in Kingston, Jamaica from 1972-1974. In addition to their academic background, Elaine also holds certifications such as the SHRM-SCP which they obtained in 2015 and the SPHR Certification, which they obtained in 2014. Elaine is also a member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, which they joined in 1992.
