Alex Levchenkov

Alex Levchenkov, MBA, CPA, CMA is currently the Director of Finance at KingSett Capital, overseeing accounting, reporting, and budgeting for private equity real estate investment funds. Prior to this, Alex held various finance roles at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, managing property accounting for commercial properties in Canada and the USA. Alex also has experience in financial planning consulting, management faculty, and accounting and operations management. Alex holds degrees in management accounting, accounting and auditing, and economics.
