Srinivasa Prabhakara

Srinivasa Prabhakara is an accomplished technology and product development leader with extensive experience in cloud applications and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Product Development at Kingsley Gate since December 2022, Srinivasa previously held various engineering and architectural roles at Oracle from 2012 to 2022, including Cloud Applications Architect and Peoplesoft HCM Application Architect. Prior to Oracle, Srinivasa worked at TorrSol Technologies, Infosys Technologies Ltd, Cushman & Wakefield, Citigroup, and Deutsche Bank, gaining expertise in ERP consulting, technical architecture, and system integration. Srinivasa holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers from Bangalore University.
