Andrew Van Lanen

Andrew Van Lanen has been in the workforce since 2017. Andrew began their career at Trane as a Claims Coordinator, then moved up to Analyst I in the same company. In 2019, they joined Trane Technologies as an Analyst II, where they acted as the primary liaison between Business and IT teams for an internal Warranty Claims application. Andrew identified business problems, proposed solutions, and prioritized System Enhancements and Change Requests based on business impact and needs. Andrew also prepared Business Justification and Business Requirement Documents for new application features. In 2021, they joined Kingsmen Software as a Business Analyst.

Andrew Van Lanen attended Two Rivers High School from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2016. Andrew also obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in February 2021.
