Bryn-Marc Conaway has a long history of work experience in the health and fitness industry. In 2021, they began working at Kingsmen Software as a Software Solution Analyst and Associate Business Analyst. From 2011 to 2021, they worked at Novant Health as an Athletic Trainer, PRN Athletic Trainer, and Athletic Trainer Coordinator. In 2016, they began working at the Carolina Hurricanes as the Minor League Affiliate Head Athletic Trainer and Minor League Affilliate Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. From 2014 to 2016, they were Lead Athletic Trainer at Chip Ganassi Racing Teams. From 2012 to 2014, they were Strength Coach & Assistant AT at the Charlotte Checkers. Bryn-Marc Conaway obtained a B.S. in Exercise & Sports Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro between 2005 and 2008. Bryn-Marc then obtained a MSAT in Athletic Training from the same university between 2009 and 2011. In May 2011, they became a Certified Athletic Trainer from the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer. In July 2011, they became a North Carolina Licensed Athletic Trainer from the North Carolina Board of Athletic Trainer Examiners. In March 2009, they obtained a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). In June 2012, they obtained a Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association. In August 2018, they obtained a Trigger Point Dry Needling (Level 1) from Myopain Seminars. In March 2016, they obtained a XPS Performance Specialist from EXOS. In May 2020, they obtained a Programming Foundations: Fundamentals from LinkedIn. In November 2020, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn. In December 2020, they obtained a Become a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from LinkedIn.
