Bill Clerici is the CEO and Managing Partner at Kingsmen Software. Bill has over 18 years of experience in the banking and software industries.

Clerici began their career as a software engineer at Unisys in May 2000. Bill later moved on to CDI, where they worked as a ColdFusion / ASP Developer from October 2000 to May 2002. In May 2002, they joined Wachovia Corp as a Technical Lead / Senior .NET Developer. Bill was with Wachovia for four years, until the company was acquired by Wells Fargo in 2006. Clerici then assumed the role of VP, Technology Manager at Wells Fargo, where they managed the software development lifecycle for the bank's investment banking and syndicated loan portfolio. Bill remained in this position until 2012, when they left Wells Fargo to join Bank of America as SVP, Senior Team Manager in their Investment Banking & Syndicated Loans division. Bill held this position for three years before leaving Bank of America in 2014 to start Kingsmen Software.

Under Clerici's leadership, Kingsmen Software has become one of the leading software development firms in the banking industry. The company specializes in Agile Project Management, Platform Architecture using SOA, Continuous Integration / Automated Build, Code Repository Management Using CVS, Coding Standards using Domaion Driven Design techniques, UI Standards using MVP, and Framework Integration of Spring.Net and NHibernate.

Bill Clerici has a BS in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a BA in Geology from the University at Buffalo.
